Welcome to FoundersROI. FoundersROI is the property of, and is owned and operated by, MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Platform. We wrote them in plain language. By using FoundersROI, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FoundersROI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you notice (for example by email or in the product) before they apply to you. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FoundersROI, and you confirm this when you create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that you are not prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FoundersROI is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FoundersROI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: (a) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; (d) upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content; (e) use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the goals, milestones, tasks, preferences, and all other business data you enter into FoundersROI ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant FoundersROI a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform's services to you — including AI-powered guidance generation. This license terminates when your account is deleted.
Subscription & Billing
The free verdict costs nothing. The execution dashboard is a paid subscription ("Pro"), currently $39 USD per month or $299 USD per year, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. The price and the renewal period are shown before you pay. Where taxes apply they are added at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month or year, depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel, and we charge the payment method you provided each time. If we change the price we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings (Manage billing). Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access to Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, and cases where you did not use the Platform. By subscribing you confirm you have read this and agree to it. If we cannot give you access: if a fault on our side stops you using the paid dashboard and you tell us at support@foundersroi.com within 14 days of it starting, we will work to fix it within 5 working days. If we cannot, we will refund the part of the period you could not use. This does not cover problems caused by your own device, internet connection or a third-party tool, a change of mind, or not using the product. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived. Where such a right to cancel exists (for example a statutory cooling-off period), by subscribing you ask us to start providing the digital service immediately and acknowledge that, to the extent the law allows, you lose that right once we begin. If we charge you in error or more than once for the same period, contact us and we will correct it.
No Guarantees
FoundersROI provides guidance, structure, and AI-powered recommendations designed to help founders execute with clarity. However, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue growth, fundraising success, or any other results. The Platform is a tool for founder execution — your results depend on your decisions, effort, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.
Who You Contract With
FoundersROI and foundersroi.com are owned and operated by MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC LLC. These Terms are an agreement solely between you and that company. No parent, affiliate, shareholder, director, officer, employee, contractor or other person associated with the company is a party to these Terms or owes you any duty or liability under them.
Not Professional Advice
FoundersROI, including its AI-generated verdicts, plans and tool suggestions, is general information for educational and planning purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting or other professional advice. Verify anything important with a qualified professional. You alone decide whether and how to act on it and you act at your own risk.
Third-Party Tools and Links
The Platform may recommend third-party tools and services, some through affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not own, control or endorse those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, pricing, performance or terms. Any purchase or agreement with them is solely between you and the provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoundersROI, MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC LLC, and its parent and affiliated companies, owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents (together, the "Company Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total aggregate liability of all Company Parties for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify the Company Parties against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
You may stop using FoundersROI at any time and can delete your account and its data yourself in Settings (or by contacting us). Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately; it does not refund the current period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice — particularly in cases of: violation of these terms, illegal activity, extended account inactivity combined with non-responsiveness, or circumstances where continued operation would create legal or security risk for FoundersROI or its users.
Intellectual Property
FoundersROI, foundersroi.com and Ashar — including their names, logos, the Ashar character and personality, branding, design, code, algorithms, AI guidance systems, text, graphics and user experience — are the property of MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC LLC and its licensors. All rights are reserved. These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein, and you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or use our names or characters without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
