Welcome to FoundersROI. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Platform. We kept them straightforward — no hidden clauses, no unnecessary complexity. By using FoundersROI, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FoundersROI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FoundersROI. By creating an account, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements and that you are not prohibited from receiving our services under applicable law.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. FoundersROI is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FoundersROI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: (a) use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; (d) upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content; (e) use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; (f) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform without our express written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the goals, milestones, tasks, preferences, and all other business data you enter into FoundersROI ("Your Content"). By using the Platform, you grant FoundersROI a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform's services to you — including AI-powered guidance generation. This license terminates when your account is deleted.
Subscription & Billing
FoundersROI is currently in early access and offered free of charge. When paid subscription plans are introduced, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any charges take effect. You will have the opportunity to choose a plan or cancel your account before any billing begins. Pricing details, subscription tiers, and billing terms will be published on our pricing page when available.
No Guarantees
FoundersROI provides guidance, structure, and AI-powered recommendations designed to help founders execute with clarity. However, we make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, revenue growth, fundraising success, or any other results. The Platform is a tool for founder execution — your results depend on your decisions, effort, market conditions, and factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FoundersROI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using FoundersROI at any time and may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice — particularly in cases of: violation of these terms, illegal activity, extended account inactivity combined with non-responsiveness, or circumstances where continued operation would create legal or security risk for FoundersROI or its users.
Intellectual Property
The FoundersROI platform — including its name, branding, design, code, algorithms, AI guidance systems, and user experience — is the intellectual property of FoundersROI. These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Platform beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
