Payment Policy

Who you are paying
FoundersROI (foundersroi.com) and Ashar are the property of MAFSAN GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZC LLC, which owns and operates them ("we", "us"), and you are contracting only with that company. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
What costs money
Your AI verdict is free. If you want the execution dashboard, you subscribe to FoundersROI Pro at $39 USD per month, or $299 USD per year (about 36% less than twelve months at the monthly price). The dashboard is the same paid plan for everyone; if your verdict says you do not need AI, your quests follow a non-AI plan instead.
Billing and renewal
Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, starting the day you subscribe. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and we charge the payment method you provided each time. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are shown at checkout where they apply.
How to cancel
Cancel any time in Settings, using Manage billing. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. There is no cancellation fee. If you cannot cancel online, email support@foundersroi.com from your account email and we will do it for you. Deleting your account in Settings also cancels the subscription straight away.
No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial months, unused time, a change of mind, and not using the product. If we cannot give you access: if a fault on our side stops you using the paid dashboard and you tell us at support@foundersroi.com within 14 days of it starting, we will work to fix it within 5 working days. If we cannot, we will refund the part of the period you could not use. This does not cover problems caused by your own device, internet connection or a third-party tool, a change of mind, or not using the product. You are told this next to the Pay button, before you pay. We are a small team and we keep the price low so we can keep it simple.
Your legal rights still apply
This policy does not take away any right you have under consumer law that cannot be waived by contract. If you live somewhere with a statutory cooling-off period, by subscribing you ask us to start the digital service immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose that right once we start. If we charge you by mistake, or more than once for the same period, tell us and we will fix it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry a few times. If it still fails, your Pro access pauses and your account returns to the free plan until a payment succeeds. Your data stays saved.
Price changes
If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are fixed the same day. Opening a dispute for a valid charge may lead to your account being suspended.
