Write a reply to this review for [BUSINESS NAME]. Use my tone rules. - Under 60 words. - Use the reviewer's first name if they gave one. - Mention one specific thing they said, so it doesn't sound copy-pasted. - No discounts, no promises we can't keep, no blaming the customer. - If it's negative: thank them, own what's fair, and offer one clear next step offline ([phone or email]). For a review that looks fake
This review may not be from a real customer. Write a calm, public reply under 50 words that: says we can't find a booking under this name, invites them to contact [phone or email] so we can look into it, and doesn't accuse anyone. Review: [paste]
Then report the review through your Google Business Profile. Don't argue in public.
