Find 5 hours of AI work in your week
A 10-minute audit that scores every task you did last week, so you start with the one AI can actually take off your plate.
You need: Any chat AI, and your calendar or a rough memory of last week
You don't need more AI tools. You need to know which of your hours are repeatable, text-based and low-risk, because those are the ones AI does well today.
The audit prompt
Here is everything I did for work last week, roughly with hours: [list tasks, e.g. "answered booking messages - 4h", "wrote 2 Instagram posts - 2h", "chased 3 unpaid invoices - 1h"] Score each task from 1 to 5 on: - Repeatable (do I do it every week the same way?) - Text-based (is it mostly reading or writing?) - Low-risk (is a small mistake cheap to fix?) Make a table sorted by total score. For the top 3, tell me in one line each how AI could take it over this week, using only free tools, and how many hours I'd likely save.
